Product Description
ASD3 water pump controller is used for control 2 pumps, has 'A master B standby', 'B master A standby' and '2 pumps alternation' working modes. It applies for many kinds of pump, such as submersible pump, slush pump, centrifugal pump, stage pump, well pump, booster pump, pipeline pump and so on, the input voltage is AC380V(50-60HZ),±10%, THREE PHASE and matching motor power can be from 0.75-4KW,1-7.5KW,2.2-11KW,2.2-15KW.
Control Method
Ø Control water supply by probe (2 pumps can work at the same)
Ø Control water supply by float switch (2 pumps can work at the same)
Ø Control water supply by pressure gauge and pressure tank (2 pumps can't work at the same)

Water Supply and Water Drainage Work Together by Probe (Only use for the situation that 2 pumps do not work at the same time)
1) Please switch 'pressure/liquid level' to 'liquid level.
2) The motor stops while the water in the water drainage tank drops to the mid level and starts while it rises to the high level, the low level probe works as loop.
3) The motor starts while the water in the water supply tank drops to the mid level and stops while it rises to the high level, the low level probe works as loop.
Water Drainage by 3 Probes and 1 Extra Probe(Only use for the situation that 2 pumps work at the same time)
1) Please switch '2 pumps work at the same time' to 'ON', and then, '2 pumps work' switch to 'Water Drainage'
2) The motor starts while the water in the water drainage tank rises to the high level, and 2 pumps start for water drainage while the water level rises to the Extra Probe level. The motor stops while the water drops to the mid level, the low level works as loop.
Because the sewage has strong corrosiveness, we suggest that equip with float switch for monitoring while enable 'water drainage' function for draining sewage.
Water Supply by 3 Probes and 1 Extra Probe(Only use for the situation that 2 pumps work at the same time)
1) Please switch '2 pumps work at the same time' to 'ON', and then, '2 pumps work' switch to 'Water Supply'
2) The motor starts while the water in the water supply tank drops to the mid level, and 2 pumps start for water supply while the water level drops to the Extra Probe level. The motor stops while the water rises to the high level.
Because the pressure is very high while 2 pumps work at the time, please pay attention to applicability of your water supply pipeline for avoiding the damage.
Water Supply by Pressure Tank (Only use for the situation that 2 pumps do not work at the same time)
1) Please switch 'Pressure /Liquid level' to 'Pressure', and switch 'water supply/water drainage' to 'Water Supply'.
2) The motor starts while pressure drops to min. pressure contactor, and stops while pressure rise to max. pressure contactor, the movable contactor works as loop.
The pressure tank volume should be appropriate. Otherwise, the pump will restart frequently.
Water Supply by Float Switch
1) Please switch 'Pressure /Liquid level' to 'Liquid level', and switch 'water supply/water drainage' to 'water supply'.
2) The motor starts while the float switch goes the bottom of water supply tank.
3) The motor stops while the float switch goes the top of water supply tank.
Water Drainage by Float Switch
1) Please switch 'Pressure /Liquid level' to 'Liquid level', and switch 'water supply /water drainage' to 'water drainage'.
2) The motor starts while the float switch goes the top of water drainage tank.
3) The motor stops while the float switch goes the bottom of water drainage tank.
